How do I create a Customer Portal account?
1) Click the button above that says “Create Account”
2) Follow the on screen directions
3) Please read and accept the Waivers, Payment Policy and Gym Rules.) From here you can look at the class list and send in a request to register for a new class or go on any waitlists.
How do I register for a class?
Going forward all class registrations will be done online through the Customer Portal.
To register for a class, you will click the button “Booking” and then follow the steps given from there.
You can choose to either request to start class immediately when we open OR you can choose to be on a waitlist for a future session (You have to sign up for a full month session). Please, understand that the classes that we have posted in the portal are following our summer schedule. You can view a potential Fall schedule under the 'Classes and Policies' tab.
When you send in a request to start class, you will have to enter in a card number. However, you will not be charged immediately! We will review your request and if your gymnast meets the level and age requirements, then your request will be granted. Typically, at this point we would also charge your card for that session of tuition and the registration fee (if you were a new student). However, since we are still not sure when we can open our doors again, we will not charge anyone’s card until we get an exact reopening date!
What will happen if I register for a summer class now?
If you register for a class, your spot will be held until we open our doors again on July 20th. You will be sent a notification through the Customer Portal with the date of your gymnast's first class and how much your tuition will be for that first session. (We will prorate the price to reflect how many weeks are in that first session) We will let everyone know in advance before we charge for tuition.
What happens to the last 4 weeks of Session #4, when we had to close for quarantine?
Everyone who was enrolled in Session #4 and missed out on the 4 weeks we had to close during the stay home order will receive Make-Up Tokens that will be applied to their account at the time they re-register for class. You will need to email or call to schedule to use these make-up tokens; make-ups will not be allowed if they are not scheduled in advance. Everyone is limited to using 2 tokens a month (two make-ups in a new 4-week session). These tokens will expire March 31st, 2021.
If my gymnast was enrolled in the session before quarantine, are they automatically enrolled when classes start back up?
No. Since we had to close for so long and everyone will want to come back at different times, when they feel the most comfortable, we can NOT hold everyones previous class enrollment. You must login into the Customer Portal and re-register for your preferred class!
What are the NEW Class Sessions:
We will now be running 4-week sessions instead of our previous 8-week sessions. We have updated the price of each class to reflect the shorter sessions. The new prices and calendar are posted on our website under the tab “Classes and Policies.”
How can I pay my tuition?
Now that every NASA family will have to register for their class in the Customer Portal, we will only be accepting automatic payments on the card that you provide when you register. The tuition will be taken out on the 15th of every month, for the next session’s tuition. If you need to cancel enrollment, please make sure to do so BEFORE the 15th to avoid being charged as we do not offer refunds.
For this first session back, we will not be charging accounts until we are able to reopen.
What if I have someone else helping pay tuition?
If you have a grandparent or other person paying for tuition, then they will need to enter their card information into your gymnast’s account. We recommend that you share the username and password with this person so that they can receive notifications regarding payments.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept split payments from families anymore. Additionally, this means we will no longer be accepting cash / check payments either.
What should my gymnast bring to their gymnastics class?
At this time all gymnasts will want to be ready and wearing their gymnastics attire when they arrive to the gym. To stay safe against COVID-19, we need to limit the use of the bathroom and can not allow the gymnasts to use cubbies to store their extra clothes in.
Gymnasts need to wear appropriate attire to participate safely in classes. For girls, a leotard is recommended, however shorts and a tee shirt are acceptable. Boys should wear a t-shirt and gym shorts. No street clothes: cutoffs, snaps buttons, or zippers. Sweats and leggings are allowed during cold weather season. Hair should be out of the face and tied back in a pony tail or braid. A hair tie is a part of the dress code! It is not the gym's responsibility to provide hair ties.
Gymnasts must also wear a mask when entering and exiting the building and they will want to bring a water bottle that they will keep with them during the class.
What happens if I go on a waitlist for a future date?
You can either choose to be placed on a waitlist because you want to wait to start till a future date or you might be placed on the waitlist if that class is full. Everyone on a waitlist moves up in the order as to when they added their name. Being on a waitlist does NOT guarantee you spot in the next session. We do not pre-register for future sessions. Instead we have a rolling registration which means students currently enrolled in classes have the ability to hold their spot moving into a new session by paying tuition on time. When spots become available we call students off the waitlists.
Our waitlists can get quite long, so if we have not heard back from you within a week of contacting you off a list, we will assume you are no longer interested and your child will be removed from all the waitlists. You can go on as many waitlists as you would like. If your preferences change, please let us know.
